Electrical Installation Condition Reports
EICR’s based on the number of circuits in the property starting from £99. This will confirm your electrical installation is safe for continued use and compliant with the latest standards for the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
Domestic Smoke Detector Inspection and Reports
A report detailing the results of inspections carried out on any installed domestic smoke detectors to confirm their adequacy and that the system complies with BSEN 5839-6 – ‘Fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings’

Portable Appliance Testing or PAT Testing is the process of checking electrical appliances for safety through a series of visual inspections and electronic tests. We can carry out these tests to ensure landlords are meeting their legal obligations to maintain high standards of electrical safety in their rented properties by ensuring that appliances are safe.
Landlords Interim Visual Inspection Reports
Where we have conducted an EICR within 5 years, a landlord can opt for an interim visual inspection on change of tenancy or at any other point, as a way of confirming that the electrical installation is safe for continued use by the new occupants until a new EICR is required.
